- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No refund for unused months unless specified below.
- Trial periods: Cancel during trial to avoid charges. No refund needed as no payment is collected during trial.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll provide a full refund.
- Service Unavailability: If our services are unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times.
- Feature Not Delivered: If a promised feature is not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
